Social networking major LinkedIn on Thursday posted a 23% year-on-year rise in total revenue to $960 million in the quarter ended September. This comes amid LinkedIn being in the process of getting acquired by tech major Microsoft in a deal worth $26.2 billion. Further, the company's cumulative members grew 18% to 467 million during the period under review.
